How to make changes or requests

All members of the defined benefit (DB) scheme who have not yet started receiving a pension are ‘deferred’ members. This means they are entitled to a pension from the DB section but are no longer building up benefits.  

If you currently work for Schroders, or you were employed by Schroders after 2011, it’s likely you also have benefits in the defined contribution (DC) section of the Schroders Retirement Benefits Scheme.
